Question by bigcdaddy280: How accurate are "Calorie Counters" on exercise machines?
For example... Sure, it supposedly can track your calories burned - but how does it REALLY know???
And don't say "because you have to enter your weight in". I realize that! But, I mean even IF you enter your weight, the machine doesn't know your height, fitness threshold, fitness level.....etc.
Ya know what I mean, a 250lbs chick is burning WAY more than a 6'3" 250 lbs man.
Answer by fatalfairie7
