My daily calorie needs are 1440 if i want extreme fat loss. I do want extreme fat loss. But the thing is i have no idea how to count calories or anything. I dont want to starve myself and i dont want to eat to much. I have no idea how to maintain a 1440 per day calorie diet. What should i eat?
