Reading my work out plan, tell me how many calories I should eat a day. Because I know your supposed to eat more when you work out. (calories that is) Run 2 1/2 - 3 miles or (29 minutes of cardio) then i'll do some chest excersises and arms then on the next day do my legs and lower body. I work out about 4-5 times a week. Maybe 3 of those days after im done running and I eat dinner I rollerblade about 4-5 miles. How many calories do you think I should be taking in? Please someone let me know a professional answer. Thanks.
also just to give more detail, im 22 years old, im 170-175 pounds and im 6'0 foot tall. (don't know if that matters in how many calories i should eat.)
