I realise how unhealthy this is, but this is for an acting oppurtunity I have worked hard for. I have calculated that to lose the amount of weight I need to for the role in seven weeks, I need to eat a strict 500 calorie per day diet. What's the best way of doing this? I of course want to get as much balance as possible within the strict limit, and I also want to be able to fill myself up. What are some good low-calorie foods/filling up foods I can eat, and that will sustain me during the day? Obviously I need to eat low-calorie foods so I can eat several times a day and not get unbearably hungry. I'm taking multivitamins and iron tablets as well. Thanks a bunch!
